Item description:
We make Michelle sec rose sparkling wine from free run lemberger and pinot noir grapes.
The base wine is made through the traditional procedure where the chilled grape must lixiviates aromatic substances from the skins of the grapes. The correct technological procedure demands a lot of knowledge and experience. This is a spring sparkling wine.
Michelle sparkling wine is best served chilled at 4 to 6 C with poultry, veal, lamb, and it goes very well with strawberries.
